Spondylosis and its symptoms
Spondylosis is an umbrella time period for different varieties of age-related degeneration of the spine.
The bones of the spine are known as the vertebrae. Between every pair of vertebrae, three joints are present. There is a joint within the the front of the backbone this is referred to as an intervertebral disc. There are joints within the again of the backbone, which are referred to as aspect joints. These joints are manufactured from cartilage and cushion the bones. Ligaments are across the spinal column and join the vertebrae together. These assist to assist the joints and bones.
As humans age, their bones, discs, cartilage, and ligaments alternate. Bone spurs (ordinary overgrowth of bones) might also increase, discs might also dry and crack, cartilage might also put on out, and ligaments may thicken.
